Another topic raised a question regarding Seniority of Members of the forum. I checked the database of the forum and here are the results of the search (in accordance with joining date) of members FYI.
I only looked for the top dozen of the regular posters.

1 - Guybrush
2 - Pracs
3 - Usman Zubair
4 - Bowman (though under a different alias <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>- dont judge me<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>)
5 - Sumaan
6 - SM Raza
7 - Ophie (though under a different alias - got himself banned)
8 - Sajjad Dar
9 - Evolution
10 - Ehrar ACMA
11- Sarfaraz
12 - Zubair/Goodman

By the way, who among ourselves have qualified? I know of Pracs, Guybrush, Usman Zubair, ASK, Goodman and myself for sure. What about the rest of you guys?

Has qualification anything to do with seniority???????? Does "qualified" mean a chartered accountant???????? as chartered accountants are in habbit of calling theirselves as "qualifieds"<img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle>
I think"Qualified" needs further definition............... Dont you????

Nope..... qualification has nothing to do with seniority in these forums.

And by 'qualified'...i mean any professional accounting qualification including ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, CIMA... and many more.

The question of Qualification is raised just as a matter of fact. As at times, when one is in need of professional solutions, one ask questions to those members (in particular) who one believes have the knowledge. These includes SMR, Pervez, Guybrush, Pracs, Ehrar, ASK, DT .......etc. Their answers are based on their experience/exposure and applied knowledge. If you look at some previous posts that include answers from the above, you will know what i mean.

based upon your definition of "qualified" .......... I may be categorized as qualified members ......... <img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle>

Bowman
I've got three and am thinking of going for the fourth... so does that make me hyper-uber-super-senior-most? <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

I dont think so yaar.

although i m not a true believer of SENIORITY i think seniority has more to do with the quality than the quantity or time.

Absolutely right....... By the way, the purpose of this thread was altogether different but it was percieved by some members as hitting them and that resulted in some quite Objectionable topics and posts.

A person has to prove his seniority by the quality of his posts. Thatz why even ASK joined the forum quite late, nobody considers his posts a nuisance.

Anyways, by the whole exercise we get rid of some junks.

Guybrush, which three you got? and what are you planning for?

(( y u forget me always

Never seek advice from a Chartered Accountant. They are trained to find problems not solutions.
