It has been reported in the press that the requirements of Sec 73 & SRO 507 has been held in abeyance till Aug 31, 2003.

The same fact has not been reported on the CBR website. If anyone has any evidence from CBR. Pl respond<font face='Tahoma'></font id='Tahoma'>[url][/url]

APTMA and A.F.Fergussons have informed in writing that requirements of sec 73 had been suspended till 31 August 2003 meanwhile the previous section before amendment will remain operative. they have stated that they are cordinating with CBR.
