Assalam-o-alaikum
I have found very genius and interesting personalities on this forum. Very funny and very intelligent. Any body tell me whether one should study at night and then sleep or take some rest and then study in mid night till morning , especially those who also joined offices what are rheir study routine. how You motivate your self for study after a tiring day. I am lack of this motivation I can not resist my sleeping habit

Attiq

it depends on one's own habits.... for some day suits better than night and vice versa...

I prefer nights as there are no diversions in the night and I take breaks i.e. after 1 or 2 hours study, a refreshing break of 15-30 min to watch TV or eat something or read anything other than study text...whatever.....and then back to study.....in that way I uusually start at 10.00pm and go till 5/6 am

Good luck and dont lose hope

Dear Aatiq,
the hakeem biradree says, you can increase or decrease the time span of your sleeping, its up to you, i sleep for only 5 hours in 24 hours,
so as far as the studies are concerned, you should make you habit that you have to study for at least 2 hours a day, i mean if u reach home at 1100 in night and then start studying from 1200, till u go into you bed,
please dont tell me the social life, as the 90% CA students dont have any social life <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

During all my C.A studies I used to wake up early (500 A.M). I think it is best time to study. Fresh mind with no tension. You can also mnage one or two hours in the evening for studies. In my opinion 3 hours study per day is more than enough to qualify C.A. As far as motivation is concerned, it may be achieved by having one or two days rest in every week. Don't fix your rest days........these should be complete surprise for you...
I think thats all.......
hmmm.......

there r 2 options, select which ever u like ( they both work for me)

1) as soon as u come from office(usually after maghrib or asar, if after asar, then maghrib parh kar hi sona), go to bed , take a sleep till 12 (that wud be 4 hr sleep), then the NIGHT is urs till fajar ) that wud make 4 hrs of flat study time in serenity! after prayers u MAY start studying again or take sleep till ur office time.

2) after coming from office, start srudying till 11 or so, then take sleep till fajar, fajar parh kar , parhnay baith jao till ur office time. that wud make 4 hrs in morning and 2 hrs in night.

and......in case of late sittings, i find following very FIT!

- take a sleep as soon as u reach at home from office, wake up at 4 that is fajar and start studying!

one very imp thing...dont qaza ur any namaz at all, set ur timings acc to prayers. secondly, to qualify , one shud be consistent mns give atleast 2 hrs to every subject daily. now its upto U, kay tum saaray subjects saath laikar chaltay ho ya alternate rakhtay ho.

and as the smr said, <BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana" id=quote>quote<hr height=1 noshade id=quote>you can increase or decrease the time span of your sleeping <hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana" size=2 id=quote>, SO, try eating less, try sleeping less.

or meri amma jaisa kehti hai kay AETEKAF main baith jao parhtay hoayae <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
