This is ti discuss if emails are the legal way of communication in Pakistan? what laws effect emails?
email is not regarded as any valid document or entity.
let me admit "anywhere in the world".
Although, it is not necessarily a ‘legal entity’ (?). It does have legal standing (perhaps a legal expert can throw more light on this) and emails have been known to stand the test of evidence in Anglo Saxon Courts. There have been recent cases of civil nature where official emails have been cited as evidence against Employers alleged to be practising racial or sexual discrimination against their employees.
