Col. ® Riaz Jafri in his latest script quoting that that laugher was a big medicine says that in India there are many entertainment and comedy channels and laughing clubs where people relax. In our case we only have worries.
In the case of recently damaged Margalla Towers, the Chief Justice Supreme Court observed that he was sorry to say that a mechanical engineer whose job is in Factories was posted as Director General Environment Protection Agency. Mr. Ardeshir Cowasjee in his last column on the subject drew the attention of Singh High Court that Head of Karachi Building Control Authority too had no qualification to justifying his posting. A senior citizen Bilal Ahmed Karachi has drawn attention that both Director General and Director of Provincial EPA were non technical. According to him DG is a medical doctor and his posting is a joke (a laughter for Col. Jafri).
How can Col. Jafri says we lack laughters. The fact is we have more bigger laughters than India. Take example that thieves enter in houses of our Minister, take away their cars parked outside their heavily armed protected residences whereas the Minister keep telling the nation that no one will be allowed to play with life or property of people.
