In our Eastern society if a family member falls critically ill or faces any dangerous situation like arrest etc, the family in order to save the member spends all savings, even sells assets or belongings in the hope God will give this wealth again. Near maturity reaching savings like defence savings are pre-matured incashed at great loss.
Saving life becomes more priority than other interests. President General Musharraf addressing doctors conference said he normally does not like to ask or requests others but earthquake victims are a thing he can go to anyone.
