I don't think you will get the bear standards on line any where.

give me ur email address. i will send u a soft copy but dont know whether they r latest. may be of 2004

There have been too many changes since 2004, I wouldn't recommend using them

but something is better than nothing. u may also get a summary of changes since 2004 from somewhere
