In line with other good news we often are given eg. Karachi to be turned soon into another Hong Kong, next year no load shedding, in 2008 every citizen having fine drinking water, the railways minister has given a good news that now the railway tickets could be delivered at our door steps by the Pakistan Post Office. Under the American educated and America returned advisers we trust and believe more on figure work than the naked facts on earth. We believe on numbers not the quality. Pakistan Post Office today is engaged in postal service, dozen type services (service almost the same but rates different), payment of bills, driving licence, national identity cards, arms licence, pensions, money orders, insurance premium etc etc and now the home delivery of railway tickets. The number of services is increasing without providing proportionately the resources including premises from almost same number of staff which one can well imagine then the quality. There is no post office system to my knowledge in the world which does all these. I propose that now Pakistan Post Office should also introduce home delivery of ready made coffin arrangements, taking the body from home and delivering to the graveyard under some new service like “Speedy Final Destiny Service”.
Well said Mr. Javed,

Regards,

Kamran.
