An outstanding Dublin 2 Property Firm, who specialise in Syndicated Property Investment opportunities to high net worth individuals, is recruiting for a Financial Controller.
Job description
With a portfolio of over half a billion Euro, our client is primarily focused on commercial, retail and residential property in the United Kingdom, Europe and the US. - As a member of the Senior Management team, you will work closely with two company Directors and oversee a team of 4 in both Dublin and Berlin. In a broad FC role, you will gain exposure to Financial Control, Tax and Compliance and Investor Relationships, in a highly commercial role - There is huge flexibility in salary, circa 75-100,000 Euros depending on experience plus an outstanding package.
Candidate requirements
