Pleaze tell me what are AAT and SAS?
I would also like to know which institutes are offering these courses?

AAT is the acronym of Association of accounting technicians in Pakistan. This course is offered by Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. AAT is an old name. Now it is PIPFA.
