I am CAT finalist and ACCA part qualified(F4,F6,F7) and I am in, sort of, urgent need of internship/job oppurtunity, My Query is that is there any firm,company,organiztion who actually consider part qualifieds like me..

If you just need a job anywhere then try as much as possible through job postings in newspapers, networking i.e. by asking to someone you know who can help etc. Keep asking people arround you. You never know when your luck opens doors. Trying luck with part qualification is not bad. Do it.
