During the last 10 years like so called NGOs, the mush room different sorts of complaint cells also sprang up. If the Sindh cabinet really is interested to see this cell delivers, I would respectfully suggest that it may request Shahbaz Sharif to depute one or two of his staff in this cell to revive it. The government of PPP is talking about unity. There is nothing harmful in getting such a help purpose of which would be very nice namely benefiting the citizens.
