PTCL gets ownership of 3,000 properties. Though it has also been said that PTCL will not be able to sell these properties but we are aware today even written promises are not words of any Hadith so who trust. PTCL is hands of for investors. And we are aware all foreign investors without any exception are more interested only to bring some initial bidding capital and never ever later for any further capital rising but main job is to pull and siphon out as much and as quickest possible. See how much till to Karachi Electricity Supply Corporation, Habib Bank investors have brought? These 3000 properties have definitely been transferred to PTCL for sooner or later to change hands in one shape or the other. Congratulations builders etc.
