Such wrong information has been given to you. You can attempt the CBE exam after even fifteen days. This the benefit of the first three exams that there is no restriction of time, as to when to attempt them. You can decide in which month you want to give your CBE exam, then go to your center's office and get yourself registered for the exam in that month according to their schedule.
