who has best clientele portfolio in his credit in
big 4 A.f fergusen, or kpmg or e&y at present time in
pakistan

if u r talking abt banks, then kpmg has better audit clientele at the moment.AFF is more inclined towards getting RAS assignments as they bring more revenue.And also coz of rotation policy clients keep on rotating among big firms.

there is conception as someone from kpmg internee tells that
A.F fergusen has minimal audit nowadays as they involve more
in tax or consultancy services & kpmg or e&y has better audit client
portfolio than A.f fergusens iz this true
as every professional rates A.f fergusens no.1 firm among all big 4
so iz this contradiction secondly somebody tell me that in Aff
threre is rotating problem for internees between clients
plz guide students who is better choice among these firms regarding
merits &c demerits

actually the thing is that banks like habib bank,MCB,faysal bank,standarad chartered,State bank,united bank went to other firms from ferguson due to rotation policy of the Corporate Law and State bank.however now all these banks are returing back like this year we have faysal bank back and also MCB audit is being done by ferguson lahore.so banks are coming back.

there is a huge difference between ferguson and kpmg and ford rohdes.
what i have noted however my view is not intended to be meant as representation of any particular firm.these are my own views based on my experience.

Well in Ferguson there are 4 sections namely A,B,C and D. Section C mainly deals with financial sector section C has three further sub division
1)Risk advisory services
2)transaction advisory services
3)Audit and Assurance

and u wont be given much leverage to choose your section or sub section.you would be required to work where you are kept.Ferguson name and quality of work cant be match with any of the other audit firm.furthermore the rate of passing final examination in Ferguson is highest.
on the other hand if u compare ENY its not a bad firm either open environment like there a boy can have many girl friends.and less work pressure in other words ayashi....life...plus secondments.

In ferguson trainee paitence and time management are truely tested you would be given tasks that are not easy.like you would be given sitff dead lines with portions of audit to do.followed by very high quality review.which greatly enhances your audit learning -process..

however as far as RIsk advisory services are concerned the routine is not so stiff like you dont have much late sittings still the quality of work is high .ferguson is the most expert firm in ARisk advisory services.we have almost all banks of Pakistan in RAS section.

What i have Learnt from my experience is , always go for QUALITY , never for QUANTITY ) !!

yar kis pagal na kaha hai keh ferguson kar raha hai mcb ka audit...main kpmg main hoon aur main vahan per audit kar raha hon..ferguson ka pass koi bara bank audit ka lia nahi hai..allied bhi e y or kpmg mil kar raha hain..even habib bank khi kpmg kar raha hai..mcb tu 5 saal sa kpmg ka pass hai..agla saal rotate ho kar e y ja raha hai..ab ferguson ka pass koi bara client nahi raha hai aur vo bus apna naam cash kar raha hain...ab vahan per erp hi erp hai...meri bhi ferguson main hiring howi thi per i chose kpmg cuz mujha acha clients chahiye tha jesa keh NESTLE,ICI,MCB,WORLDCALL,METRO,LESCO,ALLIED BANK aur bhi koi 100 sa zaida audit client kpmg ka pass hain

i know many people from your audit team they are friends!
audit clients financial sctor no doubt kpmg ki pass hein...but this is due to rotaion policy!...
