Listen to some hip hop /rock music
Chat/talk with someone who makes you feel better
Don't think much about the issue which gave rise to sadness/tension/disappointment/depression

I think Smoking is also good option in event of Depression, Frustration.

Have some Long distance walking coz it is also proved madically that Walking reduces Depression.

Sleeping Pills also help lot in such Event, coz it gives you nice Sleep which ultimately reduces Depression.

Most Great option is to read Quran, Is say zehni or Dil ka sakoon milta hay. Allah k kalam main bohat burkat hay.

BTW, kis tarah ka RoG lag gya hay tumhain [})]

SAY NO TO SMOKING! Reading Quran and saying prayers attentively is the best way to reduce depression
Hang out with friends, don't just stay alone. Go out with family if they go out

Rock/hip hop music sunte hain jab depression ho
And by "forgetting" about the issue what i i meant was distracting yourself as much as possible
sulk, eat a big chocolate bar and have junk food, watch a movie or listen to loud music.

this is the worst thing anyone can do it him/her self. smoking?????? its like smoking a pack of sh**t.

better to eat something sweet. sweet stuff causes the brain to release certain hormones that uplift a person's mood.

one thing i did like to say to smokers
..............*FIRE ON ONE SIDE FOOL ON THE OTHER&*.................

Yeh Depression hay [D] Ya Mangni ki khushian Manai jaa rahi hain, Chocklate Bar, Junk Food, Music, Etc. Is ka to yehi matlab hay k MashALLAH aap ko abhi tak Depression say Wasta hi nahi Para....Achi baat hay.
Yasir lagta hai tum depression k waqt smoking shuru kar dete ho. Listening to good music in times of sadness is usual, pata nahin tumhein kyun nei baat lag rehi hai

I have noticed and observed some things about you in this forum
trust me brothers it's the worst of all habits, it even takes you away from your religion. i have seen a family member (A chain smoker) struggle to fast in Ramadan. chain smokers find it very difficult to fast because of this habit. may ALLAH save us from it.
