Silence per kia discussion karey . Silence ke hamesha dual meaning nikaly jaty hain. But jab silence adopt karty hain to doosra insan ye smajh nai sakta k aap us ke baary mein kia sooch rehy hain

kisi mairy boht hi apny ka formula hai "aik chup, sau sukh". . .hum aksr yehi formula apnaty hain.but phir bhi mujhy aik bimari hai chup hony k bawajood bhi jb tk mai phir bol k apni bhraas ni nikal laiti tb tk dil mai girah c pri rehti hai.mai asusual atk jati hon agy ni brh pati.to i think kbhi chup reh k sakon hai or kbhi ni.
