Hi Alls
They say
One of traits of good professional is that he changes his employer every three years

Does same applies on us CA Trainees too

should we change our firm after 1.5-2 years(atleast ones in 3.5 years tenure)of articalship (as new firm means new enviorment (new things to learn) new co workers, new clients etc).

if not this then atleast we should try to change our Reporting Partner after same tenour.

due to CAt student do not have any restruction you can change urs firm
but when you go to new firm you have to face many prblem
1 new traits of the organization
2go to one grde below
3urs loylties are spearable
