- Schuaeb - 01-31-2010 That's good, at least ICAP is concerned about the situation and are determined for improvement. Allowing training in industry may not be very simple as a number of members will be against it. But provided the current situation that is the only solution. In my opinion its the right time for ICAP to allow training in industry, if not fully at least partially. I believe that training in industry will not be at par with the training at student can get in a firm, however, still much better than remaining free in search of a place in a firm. @lonewolf! doesn't matter. Small firms may also provide good learning opportunities and alongwith having its limitations training in small firms may have some advantages at well. At the end of the day your qualification will matter most. Your attitude towards your work will be the main determinant of what you learnt. - lonewolf - 02-02-2010 ^Thanx for your response.Thats exactly why i chosed to join a small firm rather than waitning all my life to get inducted in some big firm.Hum just koshish hi kar skte hain baqi milta wohi hai jo naseeb ma hota hai. |
