there are techniques available to judge someone in 1st meeting
some are called face reading techniques it includes judgement through eye colors too (that atleast i have in my diary and will share with u people later )
i know another technique to judge people its based on way how some one hold pen during his/her lectures (will surely share that too with u people in coming days)
if u people describe the way u judge someone in longrun it will still satisfy this topic
