Assalam o Alaikum!
1.Your salary calculator is protected. one can not choose the options available. please unprotect the relevent cells;
2.Please make sure that the benchmark rate for tax year 2011 is the same as mentioned in your uploaded file.
if you feel the above mentioned points have any worth, please make necessary adjustments in your salary calculator and upload it again. and if you feel that these are irrelevent please guide on this aspect too.
