me kia kar ta tha shoro shoro main chup chup rahta tha....and just watch and observe the ppl and their behavior.. or waqtan foqtan , samosai, bubbles, sweets,, share karta rahta tha P.. this creates friendship ..
ab jo log muj ko pasand ni kartai they..wo b samjnai lage k yar ye to bai zar sa hai..or kam anai wala banda hai..es ka benifit ye hua k main logon ko samj gaa, how to react n behave ....
kise b organization main jaa banana , for a new comer is really a hard job..its like.. k ni naweli dulhan susral ae hai P..ab ya to us ko sab k sath adjust ka na hai P..ya apnai ghar ja kai bhetna hai...wo apnai boss ko ye nahi bolsakte k mujhe aag department bana k doP...
u understand dea..start main kife pressure and confusion hote hai..try to handle all..and be a part of their team...thats way to lead...

dekho, its a fact of life k ap jb bhi kahi jatey ho to agley bando ko or khud apko bhi adjust karne me prob hoti hai... her jagah achey burey log to hotey he hein...
meri advice yeh hai k ap pehle apne ird gird k logo ko observe karo, and apna kaamm khamoshi se karti jao.. agr koi daant rha ho aa, to apne expressions and mu se kch mat kehna, na he kisi ko shikayat lagana....
bulke ussi waqt dil he dil me uss ki daant ka jawaab deti jana.... beshak k GAALIO se bhara hua he kiun na ho.... [)] is tarah karne se ap kbhi pareshan nhi hogi..
me ne humesha yehi kia hai.... even k teacher mjhe dant rhi hoti or me halka phulka huns rhi hoti.... teacher bht khush hoti k me ne attitude show nhi kia... jub k dil me me aisi aisi baatein kar rhi hoti thi k agar teacher sun leti to.......... AAAhooooo
