JI tyres par input tax claim ho bhi sakta hay or nahi bhi,,,, depend karta hay k ap nay tyres ki maqsad say purchase kiye han.

Agar ap apny asset ko revaluate karyn gi to phir to input tax claim ho ga us tarhan jaysy asset par hota hay,,
Agar revaluate nahi karyn gi or tyres ko apna expense consider karyn gi to input claim nahi ho sakta.

Simple si bat hay k jo input tax taxable supplies say related ho ga bus wohi claim ho ga.
Tyres ka ap ki taxable supplies say to koi taluk nahi hay na,, to ye inadmissible input tax ho ga.

in this way we can,t adjust/ claim input tax on security cameras too. coze it,s not related to production/sales ? is it ?
