Thats great. Kindly confirm one thing more. When they consider ICAP's ACA as equivalent to Masters then how many years of study they recognize? 16 or 17?

Dear Saleen.Super,
I got it confirmed from HEC.
1) If someone has got this bsc(OBU) after doing A Levels ,this will be considered 16 years education equal to Pakistani 4 years hons.
2) but if someone has got it after Fsc or Bcom etc , it would be considered equal to 15 years education hence not equal to Pakistani 4 years Bachelors.
As far as ur question regarding Pakistani CA and Icmap , Hec consider them equal to 16 years education and not to 17 years.

Thank you Shani for your input. OBU thing is great then.
However, if ICAP's ACA is considered equal to 16 years of education then thats actually equal to 4 years Honors degree or B.com + M.Com 4 years program, right?

Dear, i think, no clarification as to what i think is required, what i think is the same as what i said.

There is certainly no doubt in it, Once HEC agrees to recognize ACCA equal to Graduation then discussion may be proceeded on further "Dreams".

I specifically asked ICAP question.He said it is 16 years education.

Dear Shani,
I have also done FSc. I think OBU is not for us if we want a graduation in Pakistan. I'm going for UCP's BBA. At least its 4 years HEC recognized degree. If your immediate usage of undergrad degree is in Pakistan then, in my opinion, you should go for UCP's BBA or OBU if your planning to move abroad in near future.

As for ICAP's equivalence then they why do they say that they are equivalent to Masters? [0]

they equate ICAP to masters with 16 years education.(like 2 years mcom after 2 years bcom).
Dear I actually started doing MA economics privately with ACCA.I have passed MA part 1.
Dear I once asked u about credit hours of MBA of UCP?Have any idea?

They said its 95 CH program. The relevant guy wasn't there. Some lady I talked to.

Maybe ICAP's C.A is considered equal to Masters by HEC because it is a local qualification and has 3-5years mandantory training requirement

Yep, but as Shani mentioned its in fact 4 years honors program. Not a today's age masters. Strange.

I've applied. Not yet started.
I met a guy while submitting documents who was there to received his transcript. I happened to see his transcript. They transferred 4 credit hours to each ACCA paper up till Part 2 in first two years. Then they mentioned other 2 years details in which his grades were mentioned that he achieved in exams after submitting project (20 papers you have to sit after successful submission of thesis).
