Corporate Governance - A modern day Myth? - Sameer - 10-23-2002
Its funny but true..... i have read many many articles, in local and foreign journals, but this term 'Corporate Governance' still is as un-understandable for me as it was on day one!
Maybe its just another myth/hoax like Y2K which sure got the whole world watching and worrying about, but in the end, no diasters struck and it just fizzled out.

The Coporate Governance has been overhyped in the recent years. Whereas the worst disastor in the Coporate America has simply created havoc and anxiety as the US was considered to be the leader in setting the rules for good governance. Thus there should be less talk and more action. <font size=6></font id=size6>
