Stipend/Salary of Module-E passed in Karachi-Pak - khani8 - 07-18-2011

Assalam o alaikum to all members of this forum,

I Hope every body is fine and enjoying good health.

I want to request some information about the average Stipend or Salary of student who is ACCA and has also passed Module-E in karachi, I know that ICAP has given Rs.10,000/. per month as minimum at its website.

What is the normal trend in Big 4 and

in small firms.

I hope seniors will give a little time to answer and comment on this topic.

Wassalam

No one would be "pleased" to pay more than what has been prescribed. Take it as a rule of thumb and don't get into illusions created by some disinformation in this blog world.

In some very rare case, it may be possible that the candidate is supposed to be very hard working and vital for some assignment and firm may offer him more than prescribed amount smelling that otherwise he would leave. However, this proposition is very very rare.

By the way, if the candidate is module E qualified, then how come he looks for the training/stipend? He must have undergone some training to sit for module E exam? This needs to be clarified.

Further, if his mandatory training is completed from a good firm and he is ACCA (affiliate) plus module E qualified, then he can foresee something between Rs 25-40 thousand p.m. The fact has to remain that livelihood depends upon destiny, so nothing fixed can be advised or predicted. Destiny may make such a guy to earn more than Rs 100 thousand a month. It depends. )

Sir Kamran Sahab, I am sorry if I am unable to put my question in right way.

I am an ACCA affiliate , I had started, article ship with ICAP after getting exemption from ICAP upto module D, After 1.5 years I took MOd E exams and Passed it in 2 attempts. Now I am been paid Rs.10,000/. by my firm.Which as prescribed by ICAp. I have heard that some students or some firms are paying Rs.18,000/. to a student who have passed module E while their article ship is still in process.
I personally thank you for answerin my question twice.

Please give your comments now.

Dear

I believe your question has interalia been answered in my above responses. I personally don't know any firm which pays stipends higher than the prescribed amounts and I believe it would be extremely a rare case, if it is.

One needs to be realistic and rational while accepting the rumours in the market.

The higher-than-prescribed stipend rate can be due to previous work experience.

I said, we need to be realistic and rational while giving an ear to such (mostly fabricated) news in the market.

Further, this thread did not ask for what "can be" or "should be"; rather the essense is to tell if it happens out there.

And, the answer is very clear, that "NO" this does not happen.
