Our Company got blocked in jan 11 and our customers deferred (Deducted)all our sales tax, after this the status of our company was got valid now still valid, but their is a issue the sales tax which was deferred by our customer they are not refund our deferred sales tax, many times i visit my regional office (LTU) but they says that if the company got blocked once then the deferred (Deducted Sales Tax) is not refund.
Please tell me there is any law which tell us about the above discussed matter. tell me the procedure what i have to do for refund its round about 2.1 Million.
