WHT Exemption on International Loans / agreements - Mariumh - 10-23-2011
Refer to my query i wanna know whether tax would be exempted or not i.e 1% on the Inland export payment recd in foreign currency under ADB or IMF Loan. Having supplies remain in side pakistan and tax exemption certificate under section 153(1) has bee provided by the cliient.
Plz advise
