salaam all,

as the name suggests, CORPORATE FINANCE means finance in corporations (companies). so, all the finance/accounts related designations in the companies r in this category. eg, director (finance), credit managers, finance managers, CFO, etc etc etc.

corporate finance is not as broad n diversified as financal activities innbanks or financial institutions. corporate finance is, mainly n not totaly, influenced by accounting. that is why ACAs, ACCAs, n ACMAs r always the first choice (n best choice)for it as compared to MBA(finance). and, in financial institutions, things r reversed.

i m not talking in absolute sense, but it is generally the case.
