It's surprising.

I didn't believe it at first but what they say about the shadows and light sources cannot be ignored.

I still dont get it... How could they make itna baraa jhoot without any reality in it? People of that time were much more narrow-minded and orthodox than now...to make THEM believe un ko koi evidence to dena paraa hoga na?

I would like you all to read the rebuttal before passing any judgement. The following link gives answers to all the questions

http://http//www.redzero.demon.co.uk/moonhoax/

also this link may interest you. http://http//science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2001/ast23feb_2.htm

It says that the controversy was actually started by a television show on Fox News called "<i>Conspiracy Theory Did We Land on the Moon?</i>"

Honestly guys if you believe on the credibility of FOX News, then I don't think I can help you.

Although USA was trying to establish superiority over communism at the time, I doubt that there are any hard facts undermining man's arrival on moon.

If you think about it, it is not a very complicated assignment to get to moon. The main difficulty lies in a smooth approach to the surface and hoping the surface is not marshy.

Anyway, president Bush a few months ago revived the pledge to build colonies on the moon. That may be interpreted as saying, hey yeah we lied about getting there but now we really want to.

word.

Can I bum a fag?

QUARTERBACK

good to see people from that part of the world, hope to see some good posts from u.

Watched way too many episodes of X-files, havent we? <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

And the only way we can confirm whether it actually happend or not is to get there and check if the flag's still there.

There will always be many mulders out there to find the "truth" in everything and then write and sell books on the subject on amazon. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Lol.. this explains why neil armstrong heard azaan when he hit surface of the moon, inspite of the fact that moon is an atmosphereless environment and sound cant travel in space. Maybe the "real truth" is that they taped the whole lunar landing in the barren desert of Morocco! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Hmmm... i feel a good book deal coming my way.

This could all be a hoax.. but could be true.. I have a very basic question, why not other manned missions to the moon ??? and I assume the soviets were as advanced in the space program as the americans.. why couldn't they follow up ??

Yeah Guy brush has a point about hearing the Azan and lack of atmosphere on moon.. I always associated that to some kind of a 'miracle' as a kid,,, and had completely forgotten about it over the years.

Anyways there is a Japanese mission (manless) going to land on the moon collect all sorts of data and pics..in two years time. I guess we will get our answers by then (if it materialises !)

Please refer to the following

http//www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html

I worked at 2 NASA missions (SOFIA & SIRTF) during my college years, and have seen many astronomers pull their hair at criticism of the moon landing. Half-truths are more compelling than lies, and all given evidence preys upon an incomplete knowledge of physics. Anyway, its all good fun, and who does'nt like a good controversy!

Marylin's spirit killed JFK!!!

Oh come on Syed! Everybody knows that it was Jackie O who pumped JFK with the bullets and tried to jump out of the car! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

It couldnt have been Marilyn's spirit anyways 'cos she was having a date with hitler's at the time. A solid alibi in my view!

Now its my turn to post a conspiracy theory! <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Talking about Adolf, they say that he didnt die in 1945 as is believed to be. Its said that he died in South America in the mid-50s.

Lol, we'll soon be hearing the same kind of stuff about Messers OBL.
