can anyone help me how to handle C9 paper of Communication....
whether i start roting it ....or just i hav to make my concepts clear?

Hay
C9 paper is the paper which consumes almost 55% of time of your own preparation.
For Business Communication portion i consulted Study Text of PBP and a book of Herta A Murphy and did a lot of practice for letter and repror writings etc.
For Behavioural Studies portion i consulted Study Text and a book of Fred Luthan named as Organizational Behaviour.
And by the grace of Allah i qualified it in first attempt.
However OB portion is easier than BC portion, because in BC portion the examiner expects you to present many things comprehensively in a limited time.

Murphy and for reports and letters practice from ur past papers
for OB

ALLAH ka shukar hai ke without taking classes BCBS first attempt main qulify hua tha coz mujhe BCBS ka teacher hi pasand nahi tha
anyhow consult these books and hope for the best.
