If this is the case then install Firefox and you should be able to get
through, for some reason hotmail wont open in IE........this is amazing
considering that both are microsoft products D.

Here are some hints to upgrade your hotmail account to 250 MB

As we all know that Hotmail has been in process of upgrading its free accounts to 250 MB. Some of us have already got their accounts upgraded but most of the people are still having 2 MB of space. So here is a small process to upgrade your account. Initially it will be upgraded to 25 MB and after 30 days it will be upgraded to 250 MB. Just follow these steps
1) Login to your Hotmail account at www.hotmail.com
2) Go to Options and change your profile. Change the country to United States. In the State field give Florida. For Zip Code give 33332
3) Change Language to English (In case if you have not selected)
4) To preserve your emails in your inbox, create a temporary folder and put all your emails from your inbox into that. I suppose I donât have to give details on how to create a folder and transferring the mails into thatâ¦we all know that, donât we?
5) Now, copy this link into the address bar http//by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/Accountclose
6) Close your account.
7) Close your browser and go to www.hotmail.com and log in with your email.
8) Activate your account.
9) Youâre done!! Initially the account will be upgraded to 25 MB and after a month or so you will have a 250 MB space on your very own hotmail.
10) Before you do all this, make sure you log off from your MSN Messenger

Nope My A/c isnt opening and as i am redirected from Msn a Webpage for Member Services opens, there are various links on that page but none of them redirect to Hotmail Inbox.. Someone Help Plzz.....

I don't think it has anything to do with Pakistan. I think it will be upgraded if you wait long enough. Ophie has just given a shortcut.

Mates ........ Some hotmail accounts were upgraded automatically .... Like hotmail account of my brother has been updated ........ but ....... mine was not ..... in my efforts to upgrade this I found this note that was helpful ....... so I just shared it on this forum ....... Its nice to have big inboxes as you can have loads of data in these ....... how many of you ppl have 1 GB account of Gmail ......... If not then I may be helpful for U ppl to have one ..........

At least ur hotmail is opening in ur browser in my browser i am redirected towards member sservices and all that....
So i have moved on to Yahoo with 1 GB Space......
