from where i can get financial statment disclosures ant ltaest update regrading the same from secp.

Dear hamraz,
u can get the following 2 financial statments disclosure checklist from ICAP,
1. Listed Companies
2. Unlisted and Private companies.
these disclosure checklists covers the IAS, fourth and fifth schdule of Companies Ordinance, even those circulars and notifications whihc the ICAP, SECP used to issue time by time.
