Can anybody tell me what are the membership requirement for ICMA library. Are outsiders allowed to join it?

NO way U cant enter any ICMAP library unless u dont have admission with uptodate paid subscription fee

there you will find "Contact Us" and send email to them for your query

Dear Waqas
As Ehrar said you need to get yourself registered with ICMAP to enter its library.
There are plenty of other libraries in the town (Karachi) (some are actually better than ICMAPs) to benefit from.
