Dear ICE_BLUE

I think u dont need to reproduce any thing as mentioned in act/law...But u r supposed to use technical words that have special meanings in law......

For example
teachnical words includes, bonafide, pari pasu, payment in due course, adjorned meeting, as per the apparant tenor of cheque etc......

U may use ur own sentences, wording but with these technical words must include to make the sense as in law......

This is what I ve done so far & still doing this in studies......

yaar pareshan no ho...
it is written even in the syllabus that no reproduction of acts is required......
you don't even need to mention act number...
look at past papers and the kind of questions...

just simply describe the law as written in law books ..........topic wise...
which book are u consulting??

cheema book is good for topic wise study...

Noman complete your course through Cheema but dont forget read Study text once too, this time the whole of paper came from study text and those of us who had done the study text did well.
