salam
can anyone tell me that where to go for registration in CIA in karachi and where i can get classes in Karachi.Recently i had contacted PIA offering tution classes for CIA but they r charging 20000 for each paper which is not affordable for me, So plz help me in finding affordable institution offering classes for CIA.also tell me that is there any other certification in internal auditing and is there any Firm offering articleship in internal auditing.

I dont know what you mean by IFEL. But if that means foundation studies than the fees of SKANS are around 20,000 per module & some 1000 or 2000 for exam fees.
Its a 2 year program divided into 4 modules, A/B/C/D.

Hi.I m new on the forum and have a few query for the time being !!. I have just given Advance level papers of CAT and InshAllah those papers will b cleared. i m a little confused ..i m planning to go for CA(ICAP)after completing my ACCA but the problem is that should i try to go for internship after ma 2.4 papers or rather wait for my ACCA to complete and then go for articals when registered to ICAP so that the requirement of both ICAP and ACCA are fulfilled together.
I also want to know that should i go for ICAP in the first place or not bcuz sum ppl say that there is no point of havin 2 similar kinds of cerification and its gonna b a total loss !!
And there is 1 more think m also doing bcom should i go for MA Eco aur MBA Finance for my Masters ??

Jehanzaib I will try to answer but you will have to wait for some of the experts to answer your query in detail.
1- You should first complete all the papers of ACCA and then think about Articleship because it is difficult to prepare for the papers while doing Articles due to work load in the firm.
2- Whether you should go for CA after ACCA depends on where you are trying to establish yourself. If you want to establish yourself in Pakistan then the combination of ACCA and MBA finance will also be favourable than ACCA + CA. And definitely you should go for MBA Finance after completing ACCA as far as the future considerations are concerned.

I would also like to know that I've heard ICAEW has authorize a Firm to train its students in Pakistan. Is that true if yes then can we attempt ICAEW's papers here in Pakistan just like v do in ACCA??..or do we have to go abroad??

at the moment there isn't any ICAEW exam center in pak. the cheapest one is "Bahrain" and Malaysia and rest of the exam centers are in Europe.
But we can hope that soon there will be an exam center in Pak
