Walaikam Asslam,
PTR stands for presumptive tax regime and dtre stands for duty and tax remission for exports.

PTR stands for presemptive tax regime. The tax deducted under PTR is full and final discharge of liability of tax.

please see sections 148 to 156B or so i am not upto date and also section 169 of Income tax ordinance 2001.
