I would imagine if you attended a recruitment drive/ army office they would be able to help you with that. They also generally have a phone no where applicants can speak to a recruitment adviser to asses their suitability for their desired field.
Out of interst why have you decided to join the army/ navy? Why do you want to be an amry/ naval officer?

If you google search "army+recruitment+pakistan" you will be able to find the necessary info...
There will be recruitment/ military/ naval recruitment centres in most cities I would imagine. You should be able to pick up an info pack and guidance on what you need to do next along with an application form. (based on the UK)
What do you find appealing about the army/ navy? I imagine it is a little different to the occupation you wanted as a child - I wanted to be a firefighter!
