Dissertation topic Corporate Governance - lemon - 11-23-2005
Hi, I am a final year student required to do a dissertation for undergraduate degree. I will need to submit a 5000 word critical evaluation of information and its various sources on a chosen topic. My chosen topic being Corporate Governance, but I donât know what area of Corporate Governance I can narrow down to in 5000 words. Can anyone Please help!!

Since your location is UK so you might only be interested in issues facing UK corporates - just an assumption
How about considering why Pensions are nw the main issue for many UK corporates? Why UK corporates are making record contributions to their pension plans?
