Revision of Stipend rates by ICAP. - Muhammad Adnan Arshad - 12-05-2005

The Council of ICAP, at its 176th meeting held on 28 October, 2005 has reviewed the minimum stipend rates for the "Trainee Students" which would be effective from 1 January, 2006. The schedule of minimum stipend rates including directive on reimbursement of study material costs is as follows
CA Intermediate Passed/Exempted Trainee Students (Rupees p.m.)
o On commencement of training contract 3200
o On passing Module-E 5000
o On passing Module-F 10000
Graduate / Post Graduate Trainee Students (Rupees p.m.)
o On commencement of training contract 2100
o Module A&B Passed 2700
o Module C&D Passed 3200
o On passing Module-E 5000
o On passing Module-F 10000
> Reimbursement of Part of the Cost of Study Material for Final Examination-
In addition to the above approved minimum monthly stipend rates, the Principals will also reimburse fifty percent of the cost, if incurred by a Trainee Student, on the purchase of the study material, once for each Module of the Final Examination a student is to appear during the course of his training. The student should select a particular study material after consulting his Principal. The study material thus purchased will be the property of the student and cost paid by the Principal will not be recoverable from the student.
To claim the reimbursement, the student should produce the original receipt of purchase of the study material.

Mr. Adnan, r u the member of ICAP Council. Everyone knows through newsletter and ICAP's website. Mr. Shahbaz its not $200 its Rs.200 only for CA inters.
