Hello Sami,
why dont you logon to www.cbr.gov.pk and take Act online.
As far issues are concerned, you have to read Hand Book on Sales Tax Act (a green color book) written by Ikramul Haq (may be). The author name I will confirm you on Friday.
I am also practicing in Sales Tax Matters.
