Assalamualaykum
A question appears in my mind when i see excessive corruption in our countries. The question is
*Whether Corruption is the reason for Lake of Accountibility or
Lake of Accountibility is the reason for corruption???
Please give your views about this burning topic.InshALLAH this will increase the rate of awareness about corruption.
