Dear readers
Often i see the topics relating reference so calls (pawa) for big firms. It has been noticed that mostly its a misunderstanding that you need this reference for articles in big firms. Due to this factor normally those students who have skills dont go for big firms because there mind set is they will be unable to get there.
In my point of view acumen always remain ahead of reference. Simple is this that if you have the skills you can do any thing and go for any firm
