that the firm he is working is best and he never got admission on reference.
o bhai hum sab yehan ek hi thali kay kuchay chatahay hai.
humein pata hai kay reference ki kia value hay
aur us pay kitnay logoon ko jaab milty hai aur agar reference ki value na hoti tu ICAP jitnay student pass kertay hain who sirf ek firm kay hutay
% of ICAP result and %of people working in frims
every year each firm takes 20 students suppose and icap passes 20 to 40 students in each module and how many frims are in pakistan.
explain all seniors working in big4 without reference?[8D]

Hmmm my dear frd AOA,
jahan tak reference ka taluq hai to firm mein kaam k liye jatay hein n not for making relationships. agar aap ko kaam aata hai to no one can stop u. jin logon mein self confidence ki kami hoti hai wo reference k peechay bhaagtay hein )
