c'mon yaro, is monetary conisderation the way only we can determine the scope of our profession or say any other thing????
I used to thought that atleast people from our profession are after their achievement needs (remember the hirearchy of needs!!) but this is hopeless

hi friends..
i will suggest you web site www.salary.com to find the salary of different jobs in usa... which will prove of some help in having an idea wht are the current demands.. although the job market of usa and pakistan are not same.
i will say you dont earn from what you qualify for.. but from what you learn and wht you possess. did you know that four of the ten richest man of usa are not even graduates... even BillGates. if you become a good ca you can become an excellent finance executive through your hold in the finance field. Work hard and be commited in wht you do.. CAs are not having fix salaries.. some earn 25000 rs while others earn 5 lack Rs based upon your experience and how papulor you become coz of your skills. Sincere hard work never goes waste.

Money is not every thing but it is a bitter fact that it has a vital role in ur life.But personally i dont like to collect just money through fair or unfair mean.I wanna make money but ezak kay sath also i like CA cause i dont like science studies,making experiments in loboratories.i m good in maths and i like it so thats y i choose CA.
And its my right to about a professions from every angle on which my future depends.

Fellows!
Please discuss the positive aspects of CA rather thatn the negative ones.
If I have opted this field for just its ever-widening scope,then for GOD's sake,let me do my job & don't talk such like this.
If ALLAH wants to give us bread & butter,HE will give it to all of us in any way in any fiald/profession.
Anyhow,I don't think so,that the scope of Accountancy will decrease with the increase in bulk industry & commerce.

salam to all friends i wish to draw your attention that recently ICAP has announced that to control the country there is a need of 10,000 CA and from 1965 till 2008 only 5000 CA are introduced in tha market from which approx. 800 are died and approx.2800 are gone abroad so from this information you can know the scope of CA and ICAP is trying to solve this problem but the students are not achieving according to there standard.that is a main problem and scope of CA will remain till last.

sabi could you please tell us when did ICAP has announced that to control the country there is a need of 10,000 CA,could you please provide some link from where we can see that ICAP announcement.
