if a person has a choice either to do silent articles from a average firm or to do articles from KPMG. What he should do? remember that the boy has passed only Module "A" and has been doing articles from 1 year.

Silent articles are something illegal, articles mean to equip someone with professional knowledge, so when you say silent they are not articles and a mere certificate is totally useless until you learn anything.
