CIA is the only certification for internal auditing. The best resource to study is from www.powersresources.com

I used POWER RESOURCE AND GLIEM, AND I FOUND GLIEM MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN PRC. if you wana pass in first attempt THEN use GLIEM. It is bit expensive ( i used photocopied one though) but worth it.
