Is the PBP book for Taxation any good? Any other books you recommend for Taxation?

when i gave my papers of mod c in spring 2006 there was no updated pbp for tax!!
but if an up-to-date version is available..i think it would be worth checking it out...but not sure...cause i haven't seen it..try looking up in some library or something

The best book for Module C Taxation is "Introduction to Taxation by Mirza Munnawar Hussain." Also you can buy the "Access to the Income Tax Law by the same author or buy some other original law source i.e. the income tax ordinance 2001.

I am studying the same book (mirza munnawar wali)..But I dont think it good..mainly bcoz it lacks detail..and i find it ard to grasp...also things are scattered, they shud be written in a proper sequence
