My chances of doing Articleship in lahore - noman - 11-15-2006
ok people..
i know some of you will say read previous threads and so on..
but i didn't get answer to what i am asking..
first i will say abt my background....
Matric (ssc)-------65% marks
FSC (hsc)-------44% marks
CA Inter ----------6 attempts
now..the questions..
1-what are my chances at big four without reference??
2-how should i prepare myself for their tests interviews etc
3-which firms should i apply for in addition to big four in lahore
4-what level of sifaarish is requried? i wanted to know the sources of sifaarish...does it mean a big industrial client/some CA person/some relative of partner/or what?????
5- is neck tie essential for obtaining trainee placement?
please reply as soon as possible..

There are ofcourse chances for you in big four. Reference may be an additional benefit but things may be possible in its absence. Your understanding about references is correct. No idea why you are asking about the essentiality of neck-tie.

I think AFF Lahore still does not scribe to ties, apropos as one of the partner hates it !
Why the opposition with ties,.. it feels nice to dress up does'nt it?
Btw AFF Islamabad and Karachi have compulsory ties..

i have A+ grade in matric
A grade in fsc
and have done ca inter in first attempt without any refer. aur ab kia ho ga pata nahi bcz m bhi internship tests etc ka nahi anta
acha ap ne kis kis firm m forms jama karwaye hain
??????
