Regarding Part 3 Optional Exams - salloo70 - 02-01-2007
friends i have appeared in 4 papers 1.3 2.1 2.2 2.3 in December attempt and Inshallah if i get passed in all of them then i am planning to appear in 4 papers again 2.4 2.5 2.6 3.4... i want to attempt 2 optional papers i.e 3.1 and 3.4..i opted 3.4 to be attempted first as i don't have practical experience yet.
now i want to ask can i attempt optional papers in random order (means not in sequence)? will i get an option to appearing in 2.4 2.5 2.6 and 3.4 to tick mark in exam entry form?

I will advice you to choose 3.1 & 3.2 as optional papers. 3.2 is not easy paper but u can pass, but choosing 3.1 & 3.2 will get you many benefits in future.

3.1 is based on 2.6, i will recommend you to do both 2.6 & 3.1 in same attempt.

yes you will get your desired option but only if your part one is clear...you can give paper 3.4 before 3.1....there is no requirement to follow the number sequence.
however all the papers that you intend to give in one go are very tough..... it would be much better if you give 2.4 2.5 2.6 and attempt the two option papers later.
one more thing.... practical experience is not requisite for passing 3.1......
